Prayer Ministry

“Ask, and it will be given to you seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7 “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people” Ephesians 6:18 

The prayer ministry team is a great ministry of our church and has always been a great source of strength for the entire ministry of our church. This dynamic ministry team is so dedicated to helping hurting people and addressing the wide variety of needs in our church. 

The church that is not committed to taking time for prayer won’t be able to withstand the force of the spiritual battle. Prayer is the most powerful weapon God has given to his church. It is not some abstract theory initiated from human experience; but it is a divinely appointed means through which we communicate with the living God and advance His kingdom.  God tells us about it in His Word. God is the One who commanded and orders prayer. So it is a must for the church to persistently seek the face of the Lord through prayers.    

Implementation 

• The prayer ministry team meets every Saturday morning, monthly all-night prayer, quarterly fasting and prayer time and studying the scriptures. 

• During Sunday services regular prayer time on a wide range of subjects, and different prayer requests. 

• Visit members in their home and hospitals where there is a need for prayer and other spiritual support. 

• This ministerial team bears the burdens of members and others through the prayers and with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ
